* Satsang is a Sanskrit word means "association with the Truth". Truth is that unchanging and self-evident phenomena exist here. Everything in life and world is constantly fleeting. We become restless and unhappy by constantly engaging our mind in the changing affairs in life. In Satsang we turn our attention to the source of everything, that absolute unchanging reality. Regularly when we expose our mind to that divine self-effulgence, we will start uncovering our true identity as pure Self. With the discovery of our True nature all suffering will end. Cause of all sorrow is ignorance of our true identity and projection of false individuality.
