There is no FEE or Monthly Charges for these classes.

Yoga is a way of life, an integrated system of education for the body, mind, and the inner spirit.


Information for Yoga Class Attendees:

a)      Arrive at Durga temple every Saturday and/or Sunday morning on or before 7:30am with empty stomach (no breakfast but water/tea/coffee allowed).  No solid food should be taken 3 hours before Yogic Practice.  A shower / bath is not mandatory, but advisable as shower prior to Yogic Practice prepare the body more flexible with a relaxed mind which helps in Yogic Practice with better ease and more personal comforts.

 

b)      Bring a Yoga mat (preferable soft and thick exercise mat), a clean thick and long beach towel or equivalent rag for spreading on the hard cement floor, and extra cushion (another towel) for supporting your ankle or knee against rubbing hard floor; if your have any physical discomfort.

 

c)      Your attire for Yoga class should be comfortable outdoor/indoor athletic uniform like shorts & T-shirt, or long-pant & shirt, Kurtha & Salwar Kameej or Leotard.  Avoid any thick long pant like pair of jeans.
