FREE Group Yoga Practice
Every Sat and Sun from 7am to 9am: It is difficult to practice yoga and meditation consistently by our own. In home many people can’t maintain a systematic regular practice in fixed time. Group yoga practice will be helpful to keep consistency and intensity in our regular practice.

We are committed to share traditional yoga methods to all in spite of any communal divisions within the society. We are here to share the 5000 year old wisdom for the benefit of humanity. YOGA can transform individuals both physically and spiritually.

Updates: Yoga Events
We host visiting YOGIS from India and US. These events help us to deepen our understanding and practice of YOGA. We try to organize these sessions free or minimum cost to the participants.
